Description
This apartment is built barrier-free. Some original furniture and furnishings from the 60s give the apartment the midcentury character.
In the large, wheelchair accessible living - bedroom befinet an electrically adjustable box spring - double bed. In the living area, the sofa can be converted into a comfortable 1m x 2m bed as a third sleeping place. There is also the swivel TV.
In the dining area is a kitchenette with induction stove and a dining table .The standard equipment also includes a Nespresso machine , a kettle , dishes for eating and cooking and cutlery .
In the bathroom there are the necessary grab bars in the shower and on the toilet. The mirror of the washbasin is adjustable for wheelchair access , next to it you will find the adjustable towel warmer.
From the living area you can reach the garden, where you can find a bistro table, which invites you to have breakfast and chat.
In all apartments the rooms are air-conditioned through the floor and the ceiling. This type of air conditioning avoids the unpleasant dryness of the room, which can sometimes cause irritation of the mucous membranes. On the button switch "Climate" you can change the room temperature according to your comfort . You can also activate the installed air purifier ( activated carbon , UV-c ) to make the air particularly low in odors and viruses .
