This apartment is a maisonette. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with box spring beds , TV , as well as a toilet and a shower .

On the 1st floor the living-dining room is styled in modern country style . Due to the interior view to the roof ridge , the room height is up to 5.40 m .

On the upper floor there is also a luxury bathroom in a light-flooded room with free-standing bathtub.

In the living area the large couch can be converted into a comfortable double bed . Also there is a TV,

In the dining area there is a dining table next to the kitchenette with induction stove. A Nespresso coffee machine , a kettle , cooking and eating utensils are standard .

From the dining room you can access the large panoramic terrace where a table awaits them that can accommodate 8 seats .

In all apartments the rooms are air-conditioned through the floor as well as the ceiling. Due to this type of air conditioning there is no unpleasant dryness in the room, which can sometimes lead to irritation of the mucous membranes. On the button switch "Climate" you can change the room temperature according to your comfort . You can also activate the installed air purifier ( activated carbon , UV-c ) to make the air particularly low in odors and viruses .
